John 19v25-27
Near the cross of Jesus stood his mother, his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene. When Jesus saw his mother there, and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to her, “Woman, here is your son,” and to the disciple, “Here is your mother.” From that time on, this disciple took her into his home.
Even while dying on the cross, Jesus took care of his family. God has given us families to care for each other. What family relationships or responsibilities do we need God’s help with? Invite God into that situation.
Thank you for family, Lord. Show me if there is anyone or anything I need to pay particular attention to in my family or friends today. Amen
