Philip looks out of the window on Christmas Eve: 'That's some reindeer' he says. The Queen replies:
'63 years. Yes, that is a lot.'
I thought it might have been long enough since you pulled your last cracker that you might actually laugh, too soon? I tried to make a joke about a Russian camel, a baby girl Jesus and a selfie stable but I couldn't make it work, thankfully it all came together at St Peter's this Christmas.

We had a lot of fun through advent with the ADVENTure trail - Battersea's first community advent calendar, families followed the clues to collect the secret message - well done to our winners!
This year we tried a new event called 'The Christmas Story' where we had some top class acting from the wise men, king Herod, Mary, Joseph & Jesus, all brought together in the selfie stable. The kids got to dress up, have their faces painted and there was craft for all in the cafe area.
And we couldn't resist doing some of the classics - Christingle, Carol Service, Carol Singing, anything beginning with C really.
